⢠Establish and execute CSD's enterprise learning and development strategy ⢠Create a long-term vision for employee growth, competency development, career progression, and leadership readiness ⢠Oversee new-hire onboarding and training design, implementation, and continuous improvement ⢠Develop scalable, competency-based onboarding pathways ⢠Provide strategic oversight of CSD University and employee career learning pathways ⢠Build career progression frameworks tied to competencies, professional development, and internal promotion ⢠Oversee clinician learning systems, academies, continuing education, workshops, leadership development, and specialized clinical training ⢠Partner with clinical leaders to ensure training reflects current best practices and evolving clinical models ⢠Provide executive oversight of leadership development programs and academy coursework ⢠Develop leadership pipelines and succession planning systems ⢠Establish competency frameworks, role-specific competency maps, and readiness and performance assessment systems ⢠Oversee competency validation and remediation processes ⢠Lead adoption of innovative learning technologies and instructional methodologies, including microlearning, AI-enabled learning systems, simulation-based learning, and virtual learning environments ⢠Ensure learning experiences are engaging, measurable, learner-centered, and scalable ⢠Establish learning KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems ⢠Use learning analytics, employee feedback, and organizational data to evaluate effectiveness and guide workforce-development investments ⢠Foster continuous learning and professional growth ⢠Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Clinical Services, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Research, Technology, and Executive Leadership ⢠Serve as an organizational thought leader in workforce development, adult learning, instructional design, and leadership development ⢠Represent CSD at conferences, industry events, educational partnerships, and external opportunities ⢠Maintain current knowledge of behavioral healthcare, autism services, adult learning, professional education, leadership development, and workforce training trends ⢠Perform additional duties as assigned
⢠Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field required; doctoral degree preferred ⢠BCBA preferred; equivalent leadership and workforce development experience will be considered ⢠Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, or workforce development ⢠Demonstrated success building and scaling learning programs, professional development initiatives, and leadership pipelines ⢠Experience leading enterprise-level onboarding, training, competency management, and professional development programs ⢠Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational psychology, and change management ⢠Experience managing learning management systems and other learning and training technologies ⢠Proven ability to use data and learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement ⢠Exceptional presentation, facilitation, coaching, communication, and executive leadership skills ⢠Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, retention, performance, and professional growth through learning initiatives ⢠Strong judgment, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role ⢠Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations appropriately ⢠Proficiency with computer and word-processing software ⢠Ability to obtain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice ⢠Ability to travel to multiple work sites as needed ⢠Reliable transportation required, including proof of a valid driver's license, current auto insurance identification card, and an acceptable driving record per NIAC standards
