📋 Description

• Administer core finance tools including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment • Manage user setup, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards • Troubleshoot financial system issues • Serve as a primary point of contact for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams • Translate business processes and requirements into system solutions • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using standard integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato • Investigate sync errors and resolve data discrepancies • Support financial data imports, cleansing, deduplication, testing, governance, and controls • Build and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests • Triage and resolve system support requests • Document processes and solutions • Help deliver end-user training • Support configuration changes, sandbox testing, release readiness, and system updates under the Financial Systems Manager • Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite (ERP), Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar tools • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, including building and maintaining integrations between systems • Working understanding of accounting and finance processes, including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report • Ability to bridge technical systems work and the day-to-day needs of Accounting and Finance • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and vice versa • Familiarity with CRM/CPQ/CLM tools and their impact on financial processes and data • Proficiency in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards • Hands-on experience with data management, including imports, cleansing, and deduplication • Familiarity with internal controls and system governance concepts • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to troubleshoot issues across connected systems • Collaborative, service-oriented communication and stakeholder relationship-building • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between competing priorities • Bonus: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other NetSuite customization experience • Bonus: Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial operations
