📋 Description

• Engineer and maintain secure, resilient, and performance-optimized cloud environments • Partner hands-on with internal engineering teams to embed security into architecture and developer tooling • Design and enforce secure identity and access strategies across cloud environments with IAM counterparts • Harden cloud platforms against emerging threats while maintaining resilience and high availability • Lead cloud-centric disaster recovery exercises • Build automation, pipelines, and guardrails using Terraform/IaC and Kubernetes • Secure infrastructure behind AI-driven pipelines and agentic workflows • Advise and collaborate with product engineering to translate requirements into secure, practical infrastructure • Adapt architecture and priorities as the company scales • Assist during relevant incident response investigations • Report to the Sr Director of Cyber Resiliency and work embedded in project pods with product engineering partners

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Strong, hands-on GCP or AWS engineering experience required • Experience with Azure is a plus • Solid DevOps background with Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines • Track record of designing systems that are secure, resilient, and built to accelerate engineering velocity • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change • Prior experience at a fast-moving or late-stage startup is a strong plus
