📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment, selection, and retention activities • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including identifying selection criteria, developing questions and tests, screening applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, and verifying references • Make job offers and prepare and send offer packages • Develop, recommend, and implement human resources programs and services for recruitment and retention • Provide communication and training to management and staff on recruitment, selection, and retention programs • Advise management and staff on recruitment and selection issues • Support management in planning staffing levels and requirements • Develop and maintain recruitment and selection policies and procedures compliant with employment legislation • Participate in and support Human Resources projects • Advise managers on recruitment and selection best practices, human rights legislation, and related legislation • Participate in career and job fairs and collaborate on recruitment initiatives • Develop, maintain, and periodically update job descriptions • Conduct exit interviews and report trends to management • Adhere to Charger Logistics' health and safety policies and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house is an asset) • Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools, etc. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is preferred
