📋 Description

• Support ATS and HRIS (Rippling) administration, including candidate and employee data, system configuration, and day-to-day upkeep • Draft offer letters from templates, route them for signature, and track close dates and start dates • Support the 2027 internship program through job postings, scheduling, onboarding logistics, and communication with hiring managers • Manage high-volume recruiting administration across multiple open roles, including scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline hygiene • Maintain data integrity across the ATS and Rippling • Partner with recruiters to keep candidates moving through the pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding • Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS platform — Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby • Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy work • Tech-savvy, with ability to learn and administer new systems quickly • Experience at a small-to-mid-size company rather than a large enterprise environment • Based in or near the MST or CST time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication
