It helps planners and organizers book group cruises with discounts, onboard credits and tailored experiences across NCL’s fleet and private-island destinations, supporting logistics, accommodations and event spaces for corporate, association and private groups.

📋 Description

• Attend to live chats initiated by guests on the Norwegian Cruise Line website • Respond to inbound chats in a timely manner • Establish and maintain quality relationships with consumers through exceptional service and rapport • Identify and meet customer needs and expectations • Use sales skills to build the customer base and make decisions regarding daily priorities and assigned tasks • Identify and solve customer issues quickly and effectively • Communicate cruise product features, benefits, and pricing • Recommend promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities • Maintain brand consistency and exemplify Norwegian Cruise Line's missions and values • Build customer relationships to achieve sales quotas, broaden the customer base, retain customers, and develop business • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 6 months of working experience with the Norwegian Cruise Line brand • One year of customer service experience • Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication • Strong working knowledge of Norwegian cruise products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Sea Web
