📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the asset recovery process across the assigned region • Lead, support, and guide Asset Recovery Representatives • Collaborate with Logistics and asset management teams to optimize collections and resource allocation • Oversee transportation costs and carrier selection against budget targets • Track and resolve operational issues related to transport, collections, and customer interactions • Ensure safety standards and zero-harm compliance across recovery operations • Review and analyze collection performance and provide weekly reports and recommendations • Drive continuous improvement of asset recovery processes, tools, hardware, and resources • Lead CHEP’s Low Volume Recovery operations within the assigned geographical region • Develop, implement, and execute regional safety, compliance, staffing, logistics, customer service, reporting, and financial plans • Directly lead 22–28 LVR Representatives and provide dotted-line leadership to regional coordinators and administrators • Ensure asset management, financial, safety, budget, forecast, staffing, service-level, P&L, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Asset Productivity, and support teams on execution and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required • 3-5+ years People Leadership Experience • 3+ years of P&L management/ownership • Strong leadership skills • Understanding of CHEP’s Asset Management strategies • Familiarity with current LTL/Route optimization strategies • Familiarity with DOT Regulations • Ability to lead complex regional transportation execution plans • Strong communication and presentation skills • Customer-focused • Familiarity with CHEP’s supply chain and general strategy • Transportation Management Systems • Microsoft Office • DOT eLog Systems (ex: JJ Keller Encompass) • Customer Service Strategies • P&L Management • Salesforce • Strategic Workforce Planning • English essential • Spanish desirable • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
