📋 Description

• Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting needs to help revenue leaders and sales reps understand performance and identify opportunities • Help design and improve processes using Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and other tools • Assist in creating programming and materials for onboarding and enablement, and track effectiveness metrics • Identify ways to improve data integrity and use cleaner, more accessible data to drive growth • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops stakeholders to diagnose systems issues, share insights, and improve processes • Monitor the health and performance of GTM tools including Salesloft, Gong, Default, Dialpad, Vitally, and DocSend; troubleshoot issues and support users • Contribute to strategic projects from kickoff through execution, documenting milestones and managing cross-functional collaboration • Assist with implementing Cherry's payment functionality on partner websites such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field • Strong analytical mindset with Excel skills required; experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus • Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, DocSend) • Comfortable creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and explain systems or processes clearly • Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or quantitative field with high marks preferred • Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments • Legally authorized to work in the United States
