📋 Description

• Develop and analyze pricing proposals for government contracts and occasional commercial opportunities • Review subcontractor price proposals and perform cost estimating using historical data and forward-looking projections • Apply pricing strategies and contract provisions and provide interpretive analysis • Support task orders, RFPs, modifications, wage determination price adjustments, terminations, and follow-on work • Write and prepare business sections of government proposals, including cost volumes and pricing assumptions • Assist with customer negotiations and respond to written government requests, including Evaluation Notices and negotiation questions • Evaluate proposed labor, indirect, and escalation rates using payroll records, salary surveys, wage determinations, and published indexes • Review solicitations for pricing impacts, ambiguities, risks, and questions; recommend mitigations and provide responses • Ensure compliance with FAR, agency supplements such as DFAR, and other government contracting requirements • Coordinate price proposals with Business Development, Proposal, Operations, HR, Accounting, Finance, Contracts, and Legal teams • Submit pricing proposals and data for entity review and approval • Provide guidance on FAR cost elements to internal stakeholders • Participate in company-provided training and plan daily activities according to company policies and supervisor instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background investigation • Government and/or Government sole source contracts pricing proposal development and analysis experience preferred • Strong understanding of FAR and agency supplements, e.g., DFAR requirements • Certified Pricing Professional, FAR Certification, and/or Process Improvement Certification beneficial but not required • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field of study • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience • Ability to comply with relevant regulations, policies, and government contracting requirements • Ability to work primarily in an office environment and meet the stated physical demands • Drug-free workplace requirements as a federal contractor
