• Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs. • Establish and maintain the Total Rewards philosophy, compensation governance framework, and pay practices. • Evaluate market trends, workforce data, and emerging practices. • Provide strategic leadership for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. • Advise senior leadership on Total Rewards strategy, executive compensation, incentive design, workforce cost modeling, and government contracting compensation practices. • Lead modernization of compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, career frameworks, market pricing, incentive programs, and governance. • Review and approve compensation recommendations for promotions, market adjustments, organizational changes, and executive hiring. • Oversee executive compensation, annual incentive, deferred compensation, and long-term incentive plans. • Lead evaluation of employee benefits and wellness programs and oversee Open Enrollment planning and communications. • Partner with brokers, consultants, vendors, executive leadership, HR, HR Operations, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Support workforce planning, competitive labor pricing, compensation modeling, labor cost assumptions, contract proposals, and renewals. • Evaluate impacts of SCA, DBA, prevailing wage requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and other regulations. • Develop workforce cost models, scenario analyses, executive dashboards, metrics, and recommendations. • Lead, coach, and develop the Total Rewards team, including the Compensation Manager and Benefits Manager. • Partner on Workday and HR technology enhancements, compensation planning, benefits configuration, reporting, testing, and process optimization. • Ensure compliance, governance, audits, reporting, documentation, and risk management for Total Rewards programs. • Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation. • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise compensation strategies and governance. • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Ten (10) years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including leadership responsibility. • Minimum of five (5) years leading compensation strategy and program design. • Minimum of five (5) years leading people and developing high-performing teams. • Experience supporting executive compensation, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs. • Experience supporting government contracting organizations, labor pricing, and workforce cost modeling preferred. • Experience with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms. • As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
