• Review treatment plans developed by BCBAs for clinical accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with organizational standards • Audit session note documentation for completeness, accuracy, alignment with treatment goals, and billing requirements • Conduct standardized outcome measure assessments across all operating regions • Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to BCBAs to support continuous improvement and clinical growth • Develop and monitor learning trees, ensuring goals are appropriately sequenced and clinically relevant • Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, clinical, BACB, and insurance payer standards • Administer and interpret CARS, CFQL, and Vineland assessments and integrate results into quality reporting • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential assessment and quality-review documentation • Support clinicians in developing individualized, measurable, outcome-driven treatment goals • Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify trends, training opportunities, and system-wide quality improvement initiatives • Work collaboratively with clinical, RCM, and compliance departments • Report directly to the Manager of Clinical Quality Outcomes
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing • Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience in a supervisory or quality focused role • LBA in assigned state/s for quality oversight or willingness to become licensed; if not licensed in assigned state/s, must initiate/submit the licensure process within 60 days of start • Familiarity with CentralReach, including learning trees, sessions, notes & form templates, and task management • Experience administering and interpreting standardized assessments (CARS, CFQL, Vineland) • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Experience with internal and external peer review processes aimed at ensuring clinical quality and compliance • Working knowledge of insurance documentation standards, including treatment plan content, progress reporting, and goal justification • Visual and auditory ability to work on a computer and use a phone for long periods • Ability to perform physical aspects of the position for long periods, including sitting, standing, bending, squatting, and kneeling
