📋 Description

• Identification and targeted outreach to medical practices and outpatient care facilities • Active outbound via phone, email and LinkedIn • Qualification of leads and assessment of needs • Building trust and establishing initial relationships at the decision‑maker level • Scheduling and preparing high-quality initial meetings • Close collaboration with Sales to advance opportunities • Maintaining and structuring the pipeline in the CRM system (Zoho) • Continuous optimization of outreach, messaging and targeting • Active contribution to designing a scalable outbound setup

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, business development or a comparable role • Clear motivation for outbound work and direct customer contact • High energy, discipline and results orientation • Strong communication skills and the ability to generate interest quickly • Structured and independent working style • Interest in healthcare and digital solutions • Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage • Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS or software sales, experience in the outpatient healthcare market, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
