📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker and fluent in English for effective communication • Proven experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales • Strong track record of performance, including consistent quota overachievement • Confidence presenting complex technical solutions (experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering software is a strong plus) • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively • Proficient with CRM systems and modern outbound tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Aircall • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and creating new business opportunities
