📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Identify and qualify potential leads within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). • Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team. • Research target companies and key decision-makers. • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity within CRM platforms. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships. • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets. • Provide market feedback and insights from customer conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent or native-level German communication skills (spoken and written). • Strong English communication skills. • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or appointment setting is highly preferred. • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Pipedrive. • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience working with SaaS, tech, or B2B companies is a plus. • Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
