• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of a 12-month analyst relations program for Cisco’s Identity and Access Management portfolio (Duo IAM) • Align the analyst relations program with business objectives and measurable KPIs • Manage the full RFI process for at least one analyst evaluation each year • Drive cross-functional collaboration to secure Cisco’s inclusion and improve analyst recommendations • Cultivate relationships with core analysts through inquiries, briefings, one-on-one engagements, and events • Develop deep expertise in the Identity and Access Management market and the impact of agentic adoption on security organizations • Advise product, marketing, and business-unit stakeholders using SWOT analyses and tailored insights • Shape Cisco’s positioning and messaging • Manage Security Analyst Relations team operations, including event analyst programs, monthly executive briefings, analyst communications, and internal program updates
• 5+ years of experience in the B2B enterprise technology industry, including direct Analyst Relations or closely related experience • Experience managing programs end to end • Clear, concise communication in writing and live discussion • Strategic thinking and ability to connect day-to-day tasks to broader goals • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Familiarity with and willingness to adopt AI tools in existing workflows • Experience building and managing relationships with industry analysts and cross-functional product, marketing, and sales stakeholders • Experience owning the end-to-end RFI or submission process for at least one Tier 1 analyst evaluation • Excellent writing, messaging, positioning, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently • Comfort operating in ambiguous, complex, and rapidly changing situations • Strong interpersonal and big-picture thinking skills
