📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned analysts, including work prioritization and resource coordination • Review and resolve issues, risks, and escalations • Report progress, status, and issue escalations to the Application Manager • Coordinate system design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities with other team leads • Provide leadership and best-practice build standards for Connect Hope Epic applications • Lead Application Analysts under the Application Manager • Plan and oversee team work activities and meeting plans • Ensure timely completion of project plans, design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans • Support operational and project work streams • Ensure deliverables follow City of Hope governance • Ensure ticket submissions are complete and timely • Escalate unresolved issues across teams • Communicate work-plan status for tasks, issues, and risks • Ensure best practices, thorough testing, and coordinated changes • Participate in team and project meetings • Onboard and instruct newly hired team members on Epic policies and procedures • Ensure team adherence to processes • Collaborate with teams within and outside ConnectHope • Perform Epic application build assignments and other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirement • Epic Willow InPatient Certification required • Willow Amb and/or Inventory highly preferred • 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years of healthcare Information Technology experience, including 3 years of Epic build experience • One year of leadership/mentorship of a team, task force, project, or assignment, or equivalent combination • Relevant Epic Module or newly obtained Epic certification within six months of employment • For internal COH candidates, Epic certification within 9 months of transferring into the Epic project
