📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with hospital IT and supply chain teams • Understand source systems, data structures, and integration requirements • Design, build, and own production data pipelines ingesting and transforming customer ERP, supply chain, and operational data • Troubleshoot live customer integration failures, including schema mismatches, authentication issues, and upstream data quality problems • Build reusable connectors and integration patterns to reduce onboarding time • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate field learnings into platform improvements • Maintain documentation and runbooks for scalable integration support • Communicate integration status, risks, and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong Python and SQL skills; production coding experience • Hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines or system integrations in a production environment • Comfort working directly with external customers or stakeholders • Ability to run technical discovery calls, manage expectations, and communicate clearly under pressure • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or similar data exchange patterns • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) or EHR/ERP systems (Epic, Cerner, Workday, Oracle, Infor) preferred • Familiarity with healthcare supply chain or hospital operations preferred • Prior experience at an early-stage startup preferred • Knowledge of Python, SQL, REST APIs, ETL/data pipelines, and AWS or equivalent cloud • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
