The platform integrates easily with learning management systems (LMS), simplifies course setup with options to import or create content, and provides extensive resources through its marketplace. Classavo's mission is to make teaching tools accessible and affordable, offering free usage for instructors and cost-effective plans for students, often supported by financial aid.

📋 Description

• Participate in discovery conversations and product demonstrations with professors • Understand professors’ current teaching practices, objectives, and how Classavo can help • Translate existing course content and teaching approaches into Classavo • Lead professor onboarding, course setup, instructional design, and training • Guide professors through successful course launches • Manage implementation timelines, commitments, and potential roadblocks • Support professors after launch and drive successful adoption • Identify opportunities to improve and expand successful Classavo courses • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate additional support with the Classavo team • Own professor success from initial engagement through successful adoption • Work closely with professors, the sales team, and the broader Classavo team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in instructional design combined with sales, customer success, implementation, or another customer-facing role is ideal • Strong understanding of education culture and how educators think, work, and make decisions • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience working with software or technology • Ability to learn new technology quickly, explain it simply, and help educators feel confident using it • Experience with LMS platforms or EdTech is a plus • Experience in instructional design, curriculum, or learning design is a plus • Experience in sales, customer success, implementation, training, or another customer-facing role is a plus • Classroom teaching experience in K–12 or higher education is a plus • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment • Must be able to manage multiple professors, deadlines, and commitments • Must be able to troubleshoot software effectively • Must complete a short practical exercise during the interview process • Must submit a 3–5 minute Loom video with the application
