📋 Description

• Design web-based, instructor-led, blended, and virtual learning solutions aligned with client learning objectives • Receive learning objectives and source materials from client subject matter experts and translate them into instructional content • Organize content into a logical instructional flow appropriate for the learner audience, culture, and expertise level • Respond to client design needs, escalations, and risk inquiries related to instructional design and subject matter expert issues • Revise or redevelop learning solutions based on client feedback and evolving project requirements • Deliver instructional design projects on time and within budget • Ensure learning materials align with instructional design best practices and client expectations • Comply with company policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

• Apply instructional design principles across multiple learning formats • Collaborate with subject matter experts and client stakeholders • Gather and translate technical content into learning materials • Organize complex information into clear, structured learning paths • Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Use learning development tools and platforms to design and deliver digital or instructor-led training content
