• Optimize ClassWallet's cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system visibility • Drive the continuous evolution of AWS environments • Optimize GitHub-centric deployment lifecycles • Build and promote a proactive observability culture • Work at the intersection of development, operations, and compliance • Partner with Engineering and Security teams • Ensure the platform remains highly available, performant, and reliable for government partners • Implement resilient, automated AWS architecture and refine infrastructure baselines • Integrate FedRAMP and GovRAMP compliance requirements into infrastructure as code • Optimize GitHub Actions pipelines to reduce build times • Automate testing and security gates • Enable engineering teams to ship code rapidly, safely, and independently • Implement comprehensive metrics, tracing, and intelligent alerting • Anticipate and resolve performance bottlenecks before they impact users • Report to the Sr. Engineering Platform Manager
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience designing, building, and managing complex Cloud systems (AWS), ideally within FinTech, government, or similarly regulated, high-availability environments • Hands-on experience building, managing, and automating infrastructure adhering to GovRAMP and FedRAMP standards • Experience partnering with security teams to maintain SOC2 Type 2 compliance • Expert-level proficiency in AWS architecture and services, including EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and Route53 • Deep, hands-on expertise in GitHub and GitHub Actions • Experience optimizing runner performance, creating reusable workflow templates, managing secrets, and implementing Blue/Green and Canary deployment models • Extensive experience with observability stacks such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch • Skills in distributed tracing, complex alerting, log aggregation, and APM • Deep knowledge of Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation • Strong understanding of Node-based systems and modern web applications in containerized environments • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Proven ability to create and maintain stringent, audit-ready documentation • Ability to author runbooks, architectural diagrams, disaster recovery procedures, and map technical controls to compliance frameworks • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to foster end-to-end accountability across Engineering teams
