📋 Description

• Serve as lead attorney on complex renewable energy financings • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate term sheets, transaction documents, and ancillary agreements • Collaborate with clients, CEC colleagues, and other professionals on finance matters • Adhere to firm policies, practices, and priorities • Perform other duties requested by firm management

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience at a law firm in a practice serving clients in the renewable energy and related industries • Deep financing experience, including debt financing, construction and permanent debt, back-leverage, HoldCo, corporate financing, tax equity financing, and tax credit transfers • Ability to serve as senior lead attorney on complex financing transactions with minimal oversight • Strong organization, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Team-focused outlook and mentoring ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organizational, planning, and project management skills • Ability to handle multiple complex matters under strict deadlines and pressure • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment • Admission to and good standing with the Bar of the applicant’s state of residence • Dedication to the firm’s mission
