📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of e-learning design • Use instructional design techniques and software applications to create and develop web-based learning • Manage client relationships and project work plans • Collaborate with subject matter experts to write engaging and appropriate content • Consult with multimedia and programming specialists to identify graphic elements and interactive components • Use storyboards, templates, and other tools to produce high-quality professional courseware • Manage small projects or phases of larger projects • Coordinate project team activities under the direction of Project Manager III or IV • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews • Prepare and complete action plans • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards • Resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends • Determine system improvements and implement changes • Participate in forecasting requirements, annual budget preparation, and expenditure scheduling • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions • Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders • Enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership of new and different requests • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience • Effective relationship building skills • Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP) • Preferred: Experience with eLearning design and development • Preferred: Experience with Articulate Storyline, Apply ID Theory, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the ADDIE model • Preferred: Project Management and Visual design skills • Preferred: Experience editing videos • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites • Must comply with Cleveland Clinic’s influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or approved exemption • Offers of employment are followed by controlled-substance testing • Candidates must reside in OH, FL, or NV
