📋 Description

• Develop performance-based, hands-on ClickHouse certification exams for real-time analytics, observability, and data warehousing use cases • Work with company subject matter experts to create job task analyses for exams • Grade and maintain all certification exams, including writing grading scripts • Develop quizzes for course-completion badges and ClickHouse credentials • Establish a community presence for ClickHouse certified professionals through social media, user conferences, and Meetups • Track and report certification-program metrics and KPIs • Work with certification and badging vendors to ensure proper exam and badge delivery • Provide customer support to learners interested in obtaining certifications • Travel occasionally to Meetups and conferences to promote ClickHouse to the community

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing certification exams and quizzes for a highly technical audience such as software engineers and database developers • Experience with SQL • Technical breadth and depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, and big data • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively • Excellent communication skills • 5+ years of experience in certification in the technical software industry (bonus) • Experience with curriculum development or instruction for databases and/or distributed systems (bonus) • Experience with ClickHouse database (bonus) • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other Cloud Service Providers (bonus) • Experience building software certification exams (bonus) • Technical degree such as Computer Science or related field (bonus) • Ability to work cross-functionally among engineering, support, product, and development teams (bonus) • Willingness to travel occasionally to industry conferences and Meetups
