📋 Description

• Perform SharePoint Site Administrator and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator duties • Create web pages supporting embedded analytical products and data visualization within SharePoint • Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Provide monthly activity reports supporting contract deliverables • Train others and communicate SharePoint functionality and constraints to the government • Develop and maintain program procedures and parameter-setting documentation • Assist in developing online tutorials and help screens • Support data analysis, documentation, job scheduling, and job monitoring for data exchange processes • Troubleshoot software performance issues • Design and distribute query and report formats • Support gathering of functional requirements through user groups, technical meetings, site visits, and surveys • Support survey and assessment services for the LAS environment • Update graphical representations of survey and assessment infrastructure using Microsoft Visio or other software • Provide technical support to end users on survey and assessment environment issues • Evaluate data, determine feasible solutions, and implement solutions • Define and resolve enterprise problems; develop processes and procedures for recurring issues • Provide documentation and feedback for problem resolution • Research, monitor, and compile statistical information and metrics on LAS components • Review, analyze, route, and resolve help requests • Examine information system schematics and supporting software documentation • Identify alternative software solutions • Participate in reviews of software requirements for completeness and consistency • Analyze and develop documentation supporting MPTE TSS programs and projects • Evaluate COTS products for feasibility and usability • Develop and document gap analyses, functional capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of COTS products • Collect software engineering performance data during development phases • Use SQL-based products and tools for information extraction and reporting • Conduct Legacy and NMCI system evaluations for hardware/software compatibility and performance • Control work from functional user and technical support requests during module development • Analyze requirements and programs using HTML, Flash, ASP.NET, SharePoint, and related tools • Document software, run-stream development, modifications, and maintenance tasks • Prepare and modify system documentation for users and ADP developers

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering or Physical Science • Ten (10) years of software, systems/network architecture, project management, and cloud infrastructure related experience • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Working knowledge of Department of Navy IT systems and NMCI • Working knowledge of BUPERS/NPC IT systems • Must obtain 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ CE) • Microsoft SharePoint certification within six (6) months of hire • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation • Ability to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and access equipment in data centers, offices, or under desks • Ability to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
