📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers working across the entire stack, including hiring, coaching, and career development • Interact with other teams to understand their needs and accelerate their work • Translate product and engineering roadmaps into operational plans and guide execution across the Delinea Platform • Determine staffing and resourcing needs for project schedules and goals • Partner with engineering managers, product managers, architects, and DevOps/SRE leadership to align priorities and present results and recommendations • Manage day-to-day platform enablement engineering work, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and platform reliability • Own delivery of the roadmap for multiple platform services • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning • Oversee code and design reviews for performance, scalability, and supportability • Collaborate to define and prioritize the roadmap and ensure compliance with standards • Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and mentorship • Promote AI-assisted tooling, LLM-based automation, and AI-driven observability in engineering workflows • Support the App Registration service and other platform services, including UI management, user preferences, messaging, branding, and tenant experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience with C# .NET and microservices architectures • Experience leading a team of engineers • Experience with Cosmos, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, GO, Python, and Terraform • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud security fundamentals • Ability to understand and diagnose complex cross-service issues using telemetry tooling such as Datadog RUM • Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI frameworks • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and privileged access control • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor in a collaborative team environment • Candidates must not need any type of U.S. work authorization now or in the future
