📋 Description

• Independently manage complex, multi-stage interviews across technical and non-technical teams • Navigate time zones, competing priorities, and interviewer capacity while delivering a seamless candidate experience • Support day-to-day recruiting operations, including interview planning, requisition setup, scheduling workflows, and process improvements • Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and interviewers • Proactively manage expectations and keep interviews running smoothly • Identify inefficiencies and create scalable workflows, templates, and automations • Use Greenhouse and ModernLoop to optimize scheduling, manage interviewer capacity, maintain data accuracy, and improve processes • Anticipate scheduling bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues independently, and recommend solutions • Reduce manual work and scheduling friction • Help build efficient, scalable recruiting processes that improve candidate and hiring-team experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced recruiting coordinator • Experience with complex scheduling, ideally supporting technical teams in a fast-paced, global environment • Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and other recruiting tools • Greenhouse and ModernLoop experience is a plus • Proactive and independent, with strong judgment and exceptional organization • Ability to manage competing priorities without constant direction • Ability to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and find creative ways to make recruiting operations more effective • Ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers • Ability to navigate competing priorities, manage expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable • E-Verify company; qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable law
