📋 Description

• Own the vision and strategy for Recruiting Operations end to end, from requisition management through scheduling to offer approval • Lead the Recruiting Coordination Manager and two Recruiting Operations Managers • Build managers' capability to operate their parts of the recruiting system • Lead a major recruiting technology transformation using AI and own the associated change management • Refine the recruiting operations operating model as automation and AI take over manual administrative tasks • Use data and insights to set goals, track progress, and influence decisions • Partner with recruiting and business executive leadership on strategy, tooling, reporting, and the broader talent roadmap • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a closely related recruiting or HR related role • At least 5 of those years in a formal people-leadership role, including experience managing people-managers • Builder's mindset with AI and automation, including testing, prototyping, or building tools or workflows • Experience leading a team through a major recruiting technology transition, including change management • Experience using data to run a recruiting operations or coordination function and identifying a decision changed by data • Based remotely within the US • Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented workflows • Direct experience with HR and recruiting platforms • Track record of measurably improving candidate or employee experience at scale • Experience defining baselines and measuring before-and-after impact of process or automation changes • Strong executive stakeholder management skills across Recruiting, PeopleTech, and Business partners
