📋 Description

• Provide technical, business, and compliance expertise to define practical, value-based solutions for Coalfire clients • Support Compliance and Assurance solutions across Coalfire’s broader portfolio, including Advisory and Risk Management and Application and Offensive Security • Lead complex technical sales pursuits from qualification through close • Serve as a trusted client advisor and integrator across Business Development, delivery, product, partnerships, and executive leadership • Lead discovery, qualification, needs assessments, executive briefings, workshops, solution validation, proof of concepts, pilots, and technical validation • Translate client objectives, compliance obligations, technology realities, delivery dependencies, and commercial constraints into solution approaches, scopes, proposals, and implementation pathways • Develop proposals, statements of work, pricing models, estimates, assumptions, value narratives, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, demonstrations, presentations, and RFI/RFP responses • Support client negotiations and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities • Govern scope, responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, change control, and delivery quality • Coordinate technology partners, subcontractors, and complementary service providers • Contribute to thought leadership, sales collateral, technical content, workshops, webinars, and go-to-market approaches • Travel approximately 25–35% for client workshops, executive briefings, industry events, and strategic account support

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise pre-sales and solution-development work • Technical depth, commercial judgment, client-facing communication skills, and ability to align diverse stakeholders • Experience articulating value in Global Assurance, compliance, security, cloud, and related solutions • Experience leading or materially supporting enterprise discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, and client-facing technical discussions • Experience partnering with sales, delivery, product, finance, and external partners • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility client situations • Experience selling, delivering, or managing compliance and audit solutions • At least eight years of relevant experience supporting compliance frameworks • Experience with ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, FedRAMP/FISMA, CMMC, GDPR, SOC, and/or CCPA • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • Subject-matter expertise in data privacy, U.S. and global regulations, and common compliance frameworks is preferred • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA/CISM, or CGEIT are preferred
