⢠Lead pre-sales activities across North America including customer engagements ⢠Collaborate with Account Executives as a subject matter expert ⢠Develop compelling product demonstrations ⢠Conduct product presentations and POCs for prospects ⢠Lead RFI/RFP responses and solution design
⢠Proven experience in a pre sales or sales engineering role leading technical sales processes ⢠Hands on experience selling software solutions to Law Enforcement, Government, or National Security customers ⢠Strong understanding of public sector sales cycles and customer expectations ⢠2-4 years of pre sales experience ⢠Strong technical background including experience with solution architectures ⢠Experience working with Linux environments ⢠Good understanding of cloud architectures ⢠Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes ⢠Bachelor's degree or higher ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team ⢠Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
