📋 Description

• Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap • Build plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership • Coordinate cross-functionally across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams • Drive project decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned • Build repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale • Create structure, drive actions, manage dependencies, and keep teams moving • Work across the distributed HR team and with stakeholders around the world

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-moving, high-growth organization • Ability to independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish • Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems for managing work • Ability to create something new rather than maintain business as usual • Ability to create stakeholder alignment and accountability without relying on authority • Exceptional communication skills, including producing crisp plans, updates, and documentation • Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better
