📋 Description

• Help scale Cohere through a major phase of growth • Partner closely with GTM organization and senior leaders • Support leaders across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health in a fast-scaling, globally distributed environment • Evolve parts of our People infrastructure and operating model • Provide ownership, judgment, accountability, and low ego • Balance standards + empathy while maintaining high expectations • Enjoy ambiguity and solving complex organizational and leadership challenges • Move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution • Influence effectively through strong communication and credibility • Develop others, including mentoring and coaching PBPs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic HR / People experience • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or similar organizations • Experience operating in startup, scale-up, or rapidly scaling environments • Supported distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions • Communicate exceptionally well — especially in written, asynchronous environments • Build trust effectively — influence through credibility, judgment, and strong relationships over time
