📋 Description
• Supports employees and managers by delivering HR guidance • Manages and supports HR team members • Provides guidance on employee matters and performance feedback • Manages employee-benefits programs and ensures compliance • Conducts exit interviews and manages offboarding processes • Designs and refines job descriptions and compensation structures • Facilitates training related to leadership and performance management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Experience using Paylocity or a similar HRIS • Sound judgment and discretion
