📋 Description

• Own the global product strategy for the ASTRA Arvis platform across knee, hip, and shoulder applications • Develop and execute multi-year portfolio roadmaps supporting global market expansion, adoption, and long-term growth • Prioritize platform enhancements, software capabilities, workflow improvements, and new clinical applications • Serve as the global business owner for ASTRA Arvis, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and development investments • Lead initiatives to accelerate surgeon adoption, utilization, and clinical engagement across global markets • Partner with regional commercial teams to identify adoption barriers and increase platform utilization and procedural pull-through • Evaluate global market opportunities and recommend expansion strategies • Monitor business metrics, adoption trends, and customer feedback • Develop business cases and investment recommendations for future product and platform initiatives • Define product requirements and strategic priorities for next-generation solutions • Evaluate emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and market trends • Lead voice-of-customer activities with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and clinical stakeholders • Partner with R&D, engineering, clinical affairs, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams • Provide strategic direction throughout the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and post-launch optimization • Influence resource allocation, roadmap prioritization, and development tradeoffs • Represent ASTRA Arvis product management across executive leadership, commercial organizations, and development teams • Establish relationships with leading surgeons, technology users, and industry experts • Lead surgeon advisory boards, customer feedback forums, and market development activities • Translate surgeon insights into actionable product and business recommendations • Support global product launches, market expansion, and commercialization initiatives • Partner with downstream marketing on positioning, messaging, value propositions, and market development strategies • Ensure sales organizations have training, tools, and resources for adoption and utilization • Serve as product expert during customer engagements, conferences, surgeon labs, and executive business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field • 6-10 years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for upstream product development exposure • 4+ years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for upstream product development exposure • Strong fluency in digital tools • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving clinical problems through technology • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams • Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse market requirements • Ability to travel up to 40% both domestic and International • Valid US passport, or ability to obtain one, and ability to travel without restriction within and outside the United States • Full-time work authorization in the United States now and in the future without requiring sponsorship
