📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, user needs, product outcomes, and success measures for AI-enabled digital experiences • Translate strategic vision into product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items • Own and continuously refine the product backlog in Jira, balancing business value, customer impact, risk, dependencies, team capacity, and technical feasibility • Provide product direction and timely decisions to Agile development teams throughout discovery, planning, delivery, validation, release, and optimization • Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, analytics, support, security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to define and deliver AI features • Ensure AI use cases, requirements, data handling, and user experiences address privacy, security, transparency, human oversight, and responsible AI guardrails • Define acceptance criteria and support validation of product increments • Maintain complete and traceable product documentation, including decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, requirements, and release notes • Monitor delivery progress, communicate status and tradeoffs, and escalate material risks or decisions • Gather stakeholder and user feedback, review performance data, and recommend backlog and roadmap adjustments • Support change readiness, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field • Minimum of 10 years of product owner, product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience, including senior-level product ownership responsibilities • Ability to read, analyze, and develop complex business and technical documentation • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English with stakeholders and delivery teams at all organizational levels • Advanced proficiency using Jira to create and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and progress tracking • Demonstrated experience delivering AI features in digital applications or platforms • Demonstrated experience working with digital support platforms and cross-functional technology teams • Working knowledge of privacy and other responsible AI guardrails • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Product Owner certification is preferred • Ability to perform regular computer-based work and prolonged screen use
