📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and assigned personnel • Supervise technical staff and monitor project performance • Ensure all contract deliverables, reports, and documentation are submitted accurately and on schedule • Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Communicate project status, risks, schedule changes, security events, and service improvements • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, PWS, and Government policies • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful contract execution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Team Leadership, or Contract Administration • Experience managing personnel, deliverables, schedules, and customer communications • Strong leadership, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+ years of Team Lead or Management experience; OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of Team Lead or Management experience • IAM Level III certification (DoD 8570/8140 compliant) required • Active Secret Clearance required
