📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from participants regarding retirement and pension benefits • Assist with retirement package requests, including explaining options and required documentation • Update participant records accurately and compliantly • Research and resolve inquiries using account details, plan provisions, and system records • Explain benefits information clearly and accurately • Document calls, actions taken, and resolutions in appropriate systems • Navigate multiple systems and applications while assisting participants • Meet quality, adherence, and productivity performance metrics • Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary • Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines while protecting confidential participant information

🎯 Requirements

• Previous call center experience, preferably in a high-volume or back-to-back call environment • Clear and professional communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems • Must be 18 years old • High school diploma or GED • Must pass criminal background check • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Must be able to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in a state where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
