📋 Description

• Design, build, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure solutions • Deploy and maintain infrastructure across VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects and technical solutions • Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational support materials • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, operating system, virtualization, and cloud issues • Participate in project delivery activities, including off-hours implementations when required • Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience • Strong experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure platforms • Current experience supporting Windows, SQL, and cloud-based environments • Experience with automation and script development; PowerShell preferred • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle VM (OVM), Azure, and AWS • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, OpenSSL, BIND, and Sendmail • Experience designing and supporting highly available and resilient infrastructure solutions • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Experience with Terraform or Ansible preferred • Experience supporting containerized or cloud-native platforms preferred • Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, or related certifications preferred • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity solutions preferred
