📋 Description

• Provide client-facing, hands-on engineering and solutioning from pre-sales through early delivery • Lead enterprise AI platform and agentic solution initiatives • Design enterprise platforms and support cloud transformation programs • Implement and operate AI/ML production environments and operational frameworks • Implement AIOps and observability platforms • Support mission-critical and regulated-industry platforms • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, operations, security, delivery, and industry go-to-market teams • Report to the Artificial Intelligence Leader, North America

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in AI, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI stack • 5+ years designing enterprise platforms • 3+ years implementing AIOps or Observability platforms • Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation programs • Experience supporting mission-critical or regulated industry platforms • Experience working with AI/ML production environments and operational frameworks • Strong stakeholder management with enterprise architecture, operations, security, and delivery teams • Python programming (must have) • Knowledge of Go, Shell Scripting, .NET, and AI copilots • Java preferred • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AgentCore, MCP, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, vector databases, and model lifecycle management • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • DevOps and automation technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Azure DevOps • Container and platform engineering technologies such as Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker, Helm, or Istio Service Mesh • AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace Davis AI, or Splunk ITSI • Monitoring and observability technologies such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, or OpenTelemetry
