📋 Description
• Work on the support team analyzing and resolving tickets and issues related to the client's system. • Analyze and understand processes and code to provide more effective handling and resolution of problems. • We operate under SLAs; each ticket has a defined level of criticality and must be addressed within the required timeframe.

• Java 8 • Spring Boot • Familiarity with APIs • Basic backend programming knowledge • Databases: SQL Server / DynamoDB • Git • Web APIs • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • AWS • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • React
