📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services; • Implement automated tests (unit, mocked, and end-to-end) to ensure code quality; • Evolve and maintain system architecture, applying best practices in modularity and design; • Monitor and optimize production system performance; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails; • Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL; • Hands-on experience developing automated tests; • Familiarity with Sidekiq for asynchronous processing; • Knowledge of software architecture, including Clean Architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, OOP, and Design Patterns; • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; • Experience with Docker for creating and maintaining development environments; • Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a continuous learning environment.
