📋 Description

• Own the customer onboarding process from internal handoff through go-live and initial payroll stabilization • Manage a book of partnership-sourced customers • Build implementation plans around first clock-in, payroll periods, training requirements, and payroll-processing deadlines • Lead kickoff, setup, training, and client payroll • Maintain timelines, responsibilities, next steps, risks, and customer communication • Lead discovery and solution design by understanding workflows and translating business requirements into Connecteam configuration • Identify complex requirements and design appropriate solutions • Configure Connecteam account settings and manage integrations • Train clients on the Connecteam platform and integration process • Train managers on time-tracking and payroll workflows • Adapt training to customer size, structure, and complexity • Coordinate with partner Implementation Managers, Sales, Support, Product, Integrations, and leadership • Investigate workflow issues, determine ownership, and route issues appropriately • Escalate payroll-impacting risks with clear documentation • Maintain account records, architecture decisions, risks, next steps, and handoff documentation • Support customers through the first one to three payroll cycles when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or a customer-facing SaaS role with SMB and Mid-Market client sizes • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple customer implementations and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Tech-savvy; ability to quickly learn software, troubleshoot issues, and understand integrations and data flows • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Customer-first approach when managing complex implementations • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity and changing customer needs • Preferred: experience with payroll, HRIS, workforce management, scheduling, time and attendance, or employee management platforms • Preferred: experience supporting payroll implementations, PEO environments, or multi-location/multi-entity organizations • Preferred: experience in a partner-led or channel-based customer environment
