📋 Description

• Lead development of the data innovation strategy and companywide data initiatives for Enterprise Analytics and Messaging Analytics • Set and deliver the strategic vision for analytics teams • Partner with internal teams and third-party analysis vendors to evolve measurement, reporting, and insight sharing • Assess analytical needs, strategic fit, market attractiveness, financial value, and risk profile • Provide hands-on solutions in early project stages • Lead design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, automation projects, and client-facing test/control measurement and reporting • Propose and implement technology solutions to improve data collection and utilization • Develop client reporting and measurement solutions and deliverables • Identify scalable solutions for Rx Impact reporting and test/control impact analysis using statistical models applied to Claims data • Conduct Claims-based analyses to identify optimal audiences and assess impact • Automate, optimize, and scale NPI-based reporting infrastructure • Develop self-service data access solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Execute ad hoc analyses and provide program insights to customers and internal stakeholders • Act as the Messaging Analytics subject matter expert • Build, lead, coach, and train a team of data professionals • Foster cross-functional relationships, resolve conflicts, and set priorities • Interview candidates, conduct performance reviews, address performance issues, and manage staffing and workload distribution • Partner across Marketing Analytics, Business Development, and Product Development to frame business problems as analytic questions and influence strategic decision-making • Present sophisticated data analytics in a simple, clear, and meaningful way • Adhere to company and client compliance requirements, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, ethics standards, and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related applied quantitative field • 10+ years of progressive experience providing leadership and managing an analytics team • At least 7+ years in marketing analytics in the health care/Life Science industry or analytics consulting • Consulting and professional services management experience • Strong understanding of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science, and statistical modeling methodologies • Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical programming such as Python • Strong understanding of hiring and skill assessment in analytics and statistical programming disciplines • Proficiency with BI and statistical programming tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Looker • Ability to comply with ConnectiveRx information security and compliance programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA • Advanced degree desired • Life Science experience preferred • Agency experience a plus
