📋 Description

• Lead the organization's global payroll operations for domestic and international employees • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end payroll processing • Partner with the Senior Director of Global HR Operations on payroll strategy, operational excellence, compliance, and process improvement • Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now and coordinate with international payroll providers • Conduct bi-weekly U.S. payroll audits and resolve discrepancies before submission • Manage global time-off administration and country-specific leave policies, accruals, eligibility, carryover, and statutory requirements • Oversee payroll tax registrations, jurisdiction setup, withholding requirements, filings, reconciliations, and year-end processing • Maintain employee payroll records, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, direct deposits, and benefit deductions • Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities • Manage interfaces between HRIS, timekeeping, benefits, finance, retirement, and third-party payroll systems • Ensure employee lifecycle transactions are accurately reflected in payroll • Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues • Coordinate internal and external payroll audits and compliance initiatives • Monitor payroll legislation and implement regulatory changes • Improve payroll processes through automation, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies • Prepare payroll metrics, reports, and analytics for leadership • Lead payroll projects involving system implementations, acquisitions, organizational changes, and process improvements • Train, mentor, and develop payroll team members in a player/coach capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of progressive payroll experience, including payroll leadership responsibilities • Experience processing payroll for multi-state and/or multinational organizations • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) • Experience managing payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities • Experience working with third-party international payroll providers • Experience partnering with HR Operations, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, Accounting, Benefits, and external payroll providers • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements • Experience supporting audits and implementing payroll process improvements • Advanced knowledge of payroll administration and payroll compliance • Extensive experience managing payroll through ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or comparable HRIS/payroll solutions • Experience coordinating payroll across multiple countries and working with global payroll providers • Knowledge of payroll taxation, wage and hour regulations, and employment compliance • Experience with payroll accounting, reconciliations, and general ledger processes • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, and data analysis • Ability to interpret payroll legislation and implement regulatory changes • Excellent project management and process improvement capabilities • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality • Experience documenting and improving payroll processes and internal controls • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Global Payroll Management certification preferred • ADP Workforce Now training or certification preferred • Ongoing professional development in payroll compliance and employment regulations is encouraged • Eligible for sponsorship: no • Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time • Reliable, high speed internet
