📋 Description

• Serves as the technical lead responsible for software development, testing, deployment support, release management, requirements analysis, defect resolution, and technical oversight for the MIS environment. • Lead software development activities • Analyze and implement change requests • Support requirements analysis and solution design • Oversee application testing and deployment activities • Coordinate production releases • Support performance and capacity testing • Support Section 508 compliance testing • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain technical documentation • Assist with modernization and migration initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Active Public Trust • Remote Federal civilian agency experience • IRS or Treasury experience preferred • Experience supporting mission-critical production applications • Experience operating in FISMA-regulated environments • Experience with Agile, SDLC, and application lifecycle management processes • Experience supporting production deployments and application maintenance • Experience supporting application modernization and migration efforts • Strong communication and documentation skills
