📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance cloud-based financial forecasting and enterprise performance management systems • Conduct strategic financial analyses supporting planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making • Analyze current and historical KPI trends, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and investigate variance causes • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and supporting analysis • Develop and support financial models evaluating business performance and initiatives • Generate ad hoc reports and financial analyses • Support day-to-day financial operations and client support activities • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion • Coordinate workflow activities and maintain knowledge of processes and systems • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to peers as appropriate • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Communicate with stakeholders through written and verbal communication • Participate in training and professional development activities • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Promote a collaborative and cohesive team environment • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred • Relevant experience or combination of education and experience • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet job requirements • Ability to pass required background screening • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position • Proficiency with SQL Server to extract, analyze, and interpret financial and statistical data • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions provided
