📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers asking about wireless plans and services • Use discovery questions and a consultative approach to understand customer needs • Recommend products and services tailored to customers’ budgets and lifestyles • Overcome objections by addressing concerns and highlighting Consumer Cellular’s value • Close sales and welcome customers to Consumer Cellular • Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while operating with integrity • Collaborate as a team and contribute to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, including inbound, outbound, or retail sales • Experience closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers • Ability to think on your feet, ask effective questions, and close sales • Self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company • Must reside within 50 miles of the Oklahoma City center • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
