📋 Description

• Take approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide friendly customer service and support • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot basic phone functions, devices, and service issues • Navigate multiple screens and systems while providing step-by-step customer instructions • Assist with changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and other device or service issues • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Collaborate with teammates and appreciate team members’ differences, strengths, and talents • Provide customer support from a home office with IT support available as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload speed and 100 Mbps download speed • Internet provider cannot be satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility/Phoenix Valley center • Two monitors required • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
