📋 Description

• Review and research errors from all mass analysis exceptions report • Research and validate loan level stops that prevent analysis • Audit escrow shortages under $2,000 • Process requests for interim and annual analysis • Communicate with necessary departments to resolve issues • Conduct research and validate information on discrepancies using reports, systems, guidelines, and exceptions • Engage appropriate Escrow divisions to handle corrections • Work independently to ensure annual analysis of all escrow accounts complies with required regulations • Complete annual regulatory compliance training • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1-year previous loan servicing experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Independent worker that works well under strict deadlines • Must be able to complete annual regulatory compliance training • Must be able to type and utilize a computer for long periods of time • May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
