📋 Description

• Handle approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot basic phone functions, device issues, and service issues • Guide customers through changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and other step-by-step solutions • Navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Maintain an organized, distraction-free home work environment • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful team culture • Provide customer support for Consumer Cellular, a wireless provider serving Americans 50+

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Home internet with at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds • Internet cannot use satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data providers • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility • Two monitors required • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required • Friendly attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach
