📋 Description

• Support projects and initiatives for Clinical Programs and cross-functional teams • Coordinate post-meeting and project follow-up • Plan events • Maintain dashboards • Create presentations • Support stakeholders within Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing, and company Functions • Develop understanding of metrics used to monitor Clinical Programs initiatives • Complete assigned tasks for Clinical Programs and cross-functional groups • Develop understanding of Clinical Programs and supported specialties • Assist with managing small-scale Clinical Programs projects • Attend stakeholder meetings to understand needs and gain feedback • Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks including expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience • At least 1 year of relevant experience, including medical education, training, project management, sales, and/or marketing • Demonstrated experience supporting projects while working independently • Foundational literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts • Ability to explain AI and data concepts simply • Ability to identify appropriate uses of AI in daily work • Ability to responsibly use approved AI tools for low-risk tasks • Ability to apply Cook Medical’s data privacy and responsible AI guidelines • Ability to travel as needed • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Ability to work under general office environmental conditions
